Team Leader – Customer Services

Turning Point is currently accepting applications for a Team Leader – Customer Services in our Communications and Transportation Departments.  The Team Leader – Customer Services is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to internal and external customers through the daily coordination of a team of employees including the analyses and implementation of staffing, training, and scheduling. This position receives and directs visitors, answers multiple phone lines, responds to routine questions, and routes calls to other personnel. This position also assists with the coordination of the patient admission process including proper intake call routing, scheduling transportation, and greeting patients upon arrival.    Responsible for other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.  Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service is required; experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
  • One (1) year of demonstrated supervisory or lead worker experience is required
  • Great organizational skills and knowledge of basic office equipment/computers is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining professionalism at all times
