Location: Gurgaon, IND

Description Understand client/sales team requirements & translates the business requirements into specific deliverables from a technical support standpoint Handle all types of request landing into TSA inbox

Ensure the provided solution would work in customer’s environment and is commercially and technically viable

Understanding of customer network project requirement ( Voice, Data and firewall) and project labor

Work on all major telecom services- VPN , Internet, Hosting, Cloud, Security , etc.

Scope validation & network requirement gathering.

Collaborate with the sales, network architect , network engineering teams and product teams as needed.

Preparation of Technical solution documents.

Preparation of service proposal documents.

Coordinating with multiple OEM vendors to provide quotes (equipment and maintenance) for supporting customer business.

Preparation of Bill of Material (Cisco) using Cisco commerce workspace tool. For non-Cisco, liaise with OEMs to ensure client design requirements are met.

Liaising with vendors to get the best discounts for AT&T.

Support Transfer of Service Agreement (ToSA) requests from one customer to another

Attend meetings and kick off calls with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Support the technical sales team, as needed, by cross-training on systems and products Participate in training to stay current on existing products and learn upcoming products

Responsible for tracking performance Analytics & publishing Dashboard

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

BE/B tech from a good college/university, CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred. Articulate in his/her written and oral communication, have sound understanding of networking & telecom business, is flexible to upgrade competence level on need basis and is comfortable handling technical team and customer too. Good excel skills would be an added advantage. Work experience-6-8 years.



**Education and Qualifications:**
