DNA Center team is focused network transformation through Automation and Assurance/Analytics solutions. It also aims to build an ecosystem of partners to develop applications using a well-published SDK and APIs.

You will be responsible for the complete outbound technical marketing efforts for supporting Cisco's DNA Center as a Platfrorm. A strong background in networking is desired. Network Management experience is highly desired. Additionally, it’s mandatory to have a background in REST APIs. Ability to develop test and prototype applications/programs using REST APIs is highly preferred. Background of working with Channel Partners, System Integrators, ISVs is highly desired.


Responsibilities include:
* Ability to articulate and explain programming interfaces, APIs is a must. Use a deep understanding of REST APIs  to support developer ecosystem with troubleshooting and debugging knowledge, test programs, etc., is a must

* Ability to build proof of concept packages using APIs is a must

*Able to handle customer and partner presentations independently; assistance/support needed only in special cases. Presentations include roadshows, EBCs, customer presentation, competitive sales presentation.
* Able to articulate our product's strengths vs. the competition in sales situations. Relied on to assist in competitive situations.
* Able to represent technical and product marketing in engineering meetings and influence product decisions.
* Proactive support on the field alias with the ability to multi-task current projects with alias responsiveness. Provide deeper recommendations and handle the load that comes with increased visibility.
* Understanding of Network Management, Routing/Switching, Performance Management, Application Performance, Virtualization technologies highly desired.


*Typically requires BSCS or BSEE or equivalent plus 7-10 years related experience.

In-depth knowledge and experience in the following areas would be highly desirable:
1. Routing/Switching/Wireless/Network Management
2. Software Development
3. REST APIs
