ADP is hiring a Technical Program Manager (Global Threat & Incident Management) in our Marlborough MA location.

The Technical Program Manager (Global Threat & Incident Management) role is responsible for ensuring that the GTIM organization is realizing its full potential. The GTIM Program Manager plays a key role with the GTIM leaders & product owners in directing, coordinating and executing the following key programs across the organization.

  • CIRC (Critical Incident Response Center) Operations
  • Cyber, Fraud & Business Incident detection & response
  • New Product & Capability introduction
  • Driving metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordination of cross functional organization initiatives
  • Development & maintenance of roadmaps for key threat areas

The GTIM Program Manager will be a direct report of the VP, Global Threat Management & Incident Response. A successful candidate will have strong program management, communication skills, an ability to use motivate and drive cross functional programs through influence. The candidate should also have direct experience working in an Incident Management function and have a deep technical background in cyber & related disciplines.

Manages (centrally) technology projects by planning, organizing, controlling and deploying key milestones, deliverables and resources of diverse technology projects according to client goals, either internal or external. Project individuals are skilled to use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life-cycle. Must have understanding of system development life cycle and agile knowledge is preferred. Technical Program Management is the active process of managing multiple global work streams or diverse technology projects which need to meet or exceed business goals according to a pre-determined methodology or life-cycle.

Program management focuses on controlled integrations and communications with more ownership over program resources and priorities. Programs encompass a series of projects that in aggregate achieve an overarching set of objectives, whereas projects may have more specific and singular objectives.

  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
  • May lead functional teams or projects.

Recognized as an external thought leader within a strategic function or discipline. Influences the strategy to address internal or external business and regulatory issues. Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business. May participate in the development of the product or business strategy. Leads multidisciplinary projects or initiatives. Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of individual capabilities and business requirements.


  • BA/BS -- or equivalent in education and experience.
  • 8+ years of program and project management experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience: CIRC (Critical Incident Response Center) Operations and Cyber, Fraud & Business Incident detection & response, New Product & Capability introduction
