What You'll Do 
As a Scoping and Proposal Advisor you will support the gathering of all data and requirements to finalize the scope and draft the initial estimate.

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify information gaps (customer and project details) to prepare estimate
- Serve as technical liaison, coordinating with stakeholders to gather technical data and requirements
- Document assumptions and finalize scope
- Collaborate with Engagement Manager, Sales / BDM and where required, with Architectural Subject Matter Experts (SME) to produce and refine initial estimate
- Facilitate with the appropriate SMEs to scope multi arch or complex deals
- Manage scoping for SOW development of deals to be delivered by Partners / Third Parties

As a member of this team, you will be assisting in pre-sales activities, interfacing between Center of Excellence Architecture teams, Service Sales and Delivery organizations. You will be supporting opportunity qualification process and working towards understanding of customer's requirements, and mapping them into portfolio of services and solutions.

Who You Are
Minimum requirements:
- Technical hands on fluency in at least one of the following architectures: Routing and Switching, Datacenter, Security, Collaboration, Mobility
- Strong knowledge of scoping requirements
- Ability to translate customer business objectives into scoping requirements 
- Strong understanding of services delivery processes, ideally within IT industry
- Experience preparing Levels of Effort (LOE) based on the service scopes (optional)
- Prior experience as pre-sales consultant (optional) 
- Cross functional collaboration
- Strong business communication
- Understand who and when to bring in the appropriate SMEs for multi arch or complex deals
