Technical Service Analyst - Duluth, GA (736038)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Tech Services team at times doing technician stuff
  • Help manage and/or document their processes and procedures
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly statistical performance reports
  • Analyze these performance reports
  • Participate in regular production management meetings

Required Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of Windows Systems management experience including implementing and troubleshooting
  • 5+ years of technical services experience
  • Technical helpdesk environment experience
  • Helpdesk ticketing system experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • Project management and analyst skills
  • Organized and resourceful
  • Ability to reduce a complex concept or task into something that is manageable and clearly interpreted

  • Ability to multitask without losing track
