Description SERVICE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE, Customer Point of contact responsible for the delivery of AT&T Services in the account. Coordination and interface for Delivery teams, AT&T Sales. Responsible for SLA attainment, Customer Sat metrics, Process Compliance, Account management, stewardship and growth. 24X7 Network Operations management.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Responsible for SLA attainment, Customer Sat metrics, Process Compliance, Account management, stewardship and growth. 24X7 Network Operations management.



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

PM and ITIL skills, finance, certified a plus.

Cisco Certifications.

Multibrand knowledge preferred in switching and routing (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, IBM etc.)

Good relationship with customers with leadership skills and capable to work under high stress.

Fluent Spanish and English speaking.



**Education and Qualifications:**

Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar.

Project Management Certified

Cisco CCNA Certified

Cisco CCNP Certified

Cisco CCCIE Certified Preferred

ITIL Knowledge or Certified.
