Position Description:


POSITION PURPOSE

The Technology Site Coordinator is the liaison and point of contact providing support to specific technology sites. This person will be responsible for executing and coordinating the day to day activities and programs that are required.

The Technology Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Site Leader, Human Resources and teams located at specific sites.


MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

40% - Delivery & Execution:

Executes and maintains processes required for site and program responsibilities
Provides support to specific IT functions as it relates to the site and program responsibilities as required
Assists in creating new programs to help support site and program needs

40% - Administration & Operations:

Maintains systems and reporting to analyze trends and present to site leadership
Monitors supplies, reviews punch lists items and overall maintenance needs for site and / or program requirements
Coordinates events and communication in partnership with site leadership

20% - People:

Contact and liaison for site leadership, external partners and respective teams ensuring a positive culture and experience
Front line contact for teams providing effective communication and follow up on requests



NATURE AND SCOPE

Typically reports to the Technology Director or Sr. Directors.


ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

1 year of relevant work experience
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Proactive and ability to work with little or no direction
Experience balancing competing priorities and able to learn new skills quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in organization and time management, with strong attention to detail
