Position Summary: 

Responds to incoming calls in a timely manner, directs caller to appropriate line demonstrating smooth, clear, and courteous professional communication practices.
 
Requirements
Requires at least 1 year of PBX or customer service experience requiring extensive phone work plus the ability to fluently speak and understand English.  Must have the ability to perform calmly, competently and quickly in emergency situations.  Must have basic keyboard/computer skills, hospital experience preferred.
