Our Telephonic Clinical Administrative Coordinators have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manages multiple technology systems simultaneously
  • Accurately documents interaction and appropriately follow all processes and procedures related to engagement
  • High telephonic proficiency, with a focus to meet daily assigned contact metrics and ability to multi-task
  • Builds rapport and establishes trusted relationships with members via daily outbound and inbound calls
  • Provides excellent customer service
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an office environment
  • 1+ years of call center experience or customer service experience
  • Ability to create, edit, copy, save, and send data utilizing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, between 7 AM to 6 PM, flexibility and OT as needed 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Bilingual 
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry, hospital, physician's office or medical clinic  environment
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT code
  • Medicare / Medicaid services knowledge or experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Medical Terminology

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively communicate products clearly and accurately
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to flourish in an environment where there is constant change
  • Ability to knowledge / skills to activities that often vary from day to day
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
