Assists team with communications by answering, directing, and transferring calls; taking messages; providing information to resolve callers request,

issues, and questions; composing, managing, and organizing written, email, or other electronic communications at the direction of others; with general data management by filing and maintaining documents including paper and electronic forms; entering and proofing data in existing templates; updating documentation (for example, charts, presentations, memos); maintaining data security and confidentiality; escalating data security risks; with team operations by responding to concerns and requests; recommending solutions or resources based on defined process; completing daily and weekly routine activities; ordering supplies; ensuring office equipment is maintained; and escorting and supporting visiting associates and guests.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door
