Description: Assists in the development of associate compensation packages by developing initial recommendations including base salary and short- and long-term incentive levels; ensuring market competitiveness and overall internal equity of offerings; and partnering with senior management to refine recommendations for presentation to divisional leadership. Provides compensation information and assistance to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders by assisting in the development of compensation plan correspondence; reviewing, validating, and presenting correspondence to Human Resource leadership; resolving and following up on customer concerns and challenges; providing technical support on compensation systems and websites; developing and presenting division-wide training delivery plans; educating customers (for example, Generalists, division managers) on compensation processes, programs, and policies; researching and addressing complex compensation questions and issues; and escalating system problems and resolution proposals to senior leadership. Supports the design, automation, and implementation of total remuneration systems and processes (for example, incentive tracking, annual performance increases) by partnering with stakeholders to identify gaps and streamline current systems and processes; identifying process mapping; and enhancing current compensation systems and processes. Manages the day-to-day execution of compensation market analysis to assess current total remuneration levels by serving as primary contact for market analysis vendors and Compensation Managers; conducting analyses to support the selection of benchmark companies; ensuring accuracy of data submission kits; conducting preliminary reviews of market data information to ensure accuracy and representation of market industry mix; and presenting findings to senior management for final review and approval. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business
