Schedule: Mon- Friday, 15 hours per week, flexible schedule

Assists Fitness Manager to maintain customer satisfaction by communicating with managers to ensure work event needs are met; assessing and resolving customer complaints; and responding to last-minute changes or requests.
Assists Fitness Manager the repair and installation of equipment, parts, racks, and computers (for example, moves bike racks to needed locations, completes onsite repairs, and airs up tires) by operating power tools, mechanical tools, welding, electrical repair, and making alternative repair recommendations.
Complete work assignments and priorities asked of him by WLFC management by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with Managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communication progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvements opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Conducts preventative bike maintenance by performing routine inspections of all bikes, racks, and bike equipment; and collaborating with the Fitness Manager and equipment manufacturers to provide solutions with the least impact to operations.
Collects weekly mileage data reports from each bicycle and provides information to Fitness Manager.
Maintains bicycle and rack location upkeep by airing up tires, maintaining organized bike racks, replacing sanitary wipes and helmets, and replacing any signage at bike locations as needed.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Bike Mechanic or Bike Technician Certification, i.e. United Bicycle Institute, Barnett Bicycle Institute or other reputable organizations
