Description: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 $24.76 Manages the implementation of the company intranet communications projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams on initiatives; determining timeline, content requirements, and standards across programs; utilizing digital technical expertise to integrate initiatives and programs into a digital platform (for example, videos, micro sites); identifying technical requirements and providing updates on these to internal partners (for example, Walmart Technology); providing guidance to leadership regarding best practices for digital communication content; ensuring a positive user experience for all audiences; and identifying and implementing cross-functional communication linkages. Manages intranet content, functionality, and quality by evaluating content requests and determining suitability for intranet sites; prioritizing content requests; collaborating with business areas to develop and implement intranet content; ensuring content and digital communications methods align with content governance standards; troubleshooting issues and identifying critical resolution partners; developing and implementing issue resolutions with critical partners (for example, Walmart Technology); auditing and tracking content variables (for example, expiration dates, accuracy, relevance); and adapting content and digital communication methods to resolve audit concerns. Develops turn-key applications using existing application framework by working with customers to understand needs and application requirements; conducting needs and gap analysis; advising customer on course of action and application options to solve problems and satisfy needs; evaluating business impact and utilizing impact to prioritize development; and developing application specifications and format requirements that meets the customer\u0027s needs. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on i mprovement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices
