They are in the middle of some really exciting and time sensitive projects that will ultimately improve the timeline of getting the best products to our Club members. And, really that is what matters the most; our Members, right? You won't just be sitting still in this role. You will be a key player in keeping the team organized and on track to deliver results. You will be providing routine updates to all key stakeholders involved in this initiative. That means that on a daily basis you will be working heavily in Excel and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our project data and metrics. We need you to be good with numbers and good with people. In other words, can you not only work with the data but clearly and concisely tell everyone what is going on? I know you can! You will interact with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the process and your interaction with these people will be a key part of helping us achieve our goal. --Day-one familiarity with all Microsoft Office suite products (we need you to know the ins and outs of Outlook, PPT, etc. We really need you to be able to hit the ground running on those things)

--Super human organization skills, but be able to help track multiple projects that are all at different stages within a development process.

--Keep multiple groups organized and informed on what is needed and by when in order to hit our timelines

--Strong communication skills; listen well, get the facts and be able to concisely report it back to us

--Preferably worked on large scale initiatives and collaborative projects in the past that included staying on track and within set timelines
