Description The DTAC Test & turnup team is responsible for service activation of Internet/IP services. Team performs key function including configuration of network elements, circuit troubleshooting, routing/TCP/IP troubleshooting, installation, project management, carrier coordination and order management. This role is to support Service delivery actives. Selected candidate will be responsible for gatekeeping, report generation, non-technical order related task completion (like billing trigger, task completion).



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Support service delivery activities and associated responsibilities

Scheduling Expedited/Exception Service activation request.

Assigning work to the service delivery DTAC team.

Workflow task completion.

Report generation.

Document all the Orders Submitted and following for provision and close on providing the Test Results.

Ensures that order data is validated and clearly understood before processing



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Confident communication skills, in person with local team and over the telephone with customers, third party teams, and overseas team members.

Good hands-on experience on MS Excel / MS Word / Visio

Efficient and effective time, mail, and task tracking management, comfortable and confident with daily use of MS Office.

Very accurate and disciplined, process focused, flexible, problem solver, stress resistant, team player

Project/work management.

Excel proficiency preferred.

Willingness to learn and progress

Support and follow internal operational processes/procedures



**Education and Qualifications:**

Fluent English language

1 - 3 years working experience in customer facing environment

Candidate with previous experience in Service delivery preferred

Excel proficiency preferred.

Preferably 1-3 Yrs in Quoting / Ordering / Invoicing of Network / Telecom services as a Specialist

Working Hours

8 AM – 5 PM US eastern. Shift may change in the future.
