If you are a Licensed Therapist who wishes to  work with a child and  adolescent patient population, in an inpatient setting, then this is the position you are seeking. 

The Licensed Therapist performs social services functions that will assist patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while allowing them to achieve through therapeutic treatment their optimal level of emotional health. Therapists provide basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term therapy, and provide information and referrals as needed.

Job Requirements

:Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience  in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills is preferred; must have strong clinical assessment skills..

License:  The Program Therapist must possess a NJ state license in their discipline.
