:North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is an 87-bed, Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services licensed, Joint Commission accredited psychiatric residential treatment facility and a 15-bed acute psychiatric hospital serving children and adolescents with a broad spectrum of psychiatric service needs. We additionally have two capacity expansions planned for completion over the next 9 months due to the high demand for our services. Our strategic plan for the past two years has been centered on improving fidelity to our evidence-based clinical methodology.

We are currently recruiting for a Therapist licensed in Virginia to join our clinical team. Preference given to  Therapist who has CSOTP and/or CSAC certification.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.

  2. Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.

  3. Attend weekly clinical supervision.

  4. Coordinates multifamily/group/family education group

  5. Staff training, as needed.

  6. On call/weekend coverage, as needed

  7. Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility

  1. Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, 40 miles Northwest of Washington DC. Named one of the best places to live by Money magazine.

  2. 45-acre campus in a rural area on the northern edge of Leesburg with a gymnasium, beautiful outdoor campus and high ropes course.

Compensation package:

  1. Competitive salary ($70,000-$73,000 per year)

  2. Employee benefits available including health and related insurance after 30 days,  Paid Time Off available after 90 days, 21 days per year and a 401(k) Plan with a company match.

 

 

Job Requirements
  1. A minimum of a Master’s Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education). 
  2. Must be licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC.
  3. Some experience with children/adolescents.
  4. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  5. Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
