Description Primary responsibilities: Incident Management & Network Troubleshooting with Third Party Vendors.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Seeking candidate with a proven track record of network troubleshooting and crisis management.

• Must be able to manage troubleshooting/crisis conference calls with the ability to provide direction to internal teams while communicating status to management.

• Strong network troubleshooting skills related to LAN/WAN in a large multi-tier Data Center network with 100+ branch offices.

• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS

• Working knowledge of network security and VOIP

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to understand technical issues and translate them for non-technical people.
