What You'll Do
In this role you will partner with the HR teams to develop and deliver a market and business relevant total reward strategy that drives the business outcomes, and with the Policy and Projects team and other Practices to develop compliant, market relevant reward solutions that are aligned with the global reward philosophy and strategy, and that supports the employee deal.

Your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
1. Understand the business strategy, direction and objectives in order to create a business relevant reward strategy in line with the global reward philosophy and strategy
2. Partner with the HR Theatre Leads and Partners to develop and implement reward solutions for the business / theatre
3. Support the business / theatre to manage their reward related opex costs and to ensure return on investment from the solutions implemented
4. Partner with Employee Services to ensure smooth implementation and administration of new plans into the theatres
5. Partner with the Policy and Projects as well as other COE teams to ensure effective implementation of global and regional reward initiatives or acquisitions
6. Respond to regional or business related activities and issues in a timely and effective manner, including but not limited to pensions governance requirements, benefits renewals, transfers between businesses or roles, mobility/assignment requests etc.

The Total Rewards team provides total rewards strategy and program design to our theatres and functions in the EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia) region. Who You Are
You bring 3-5 years experience of delivering total rewards strategy and solutions in a highly matrix and complex multi national environment. You have demonstrated experience of working effectively and influencing different cultures, you are able to effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholders, developing credibility quickly with the business and HR, and to effect change. You are autonomous, have the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
