Deliver, Design, Implement and monitor the Total Rewards CASA strategy in APU, providing a solid platform deliver the best results with people and creating the best place to work. Similarly, to create a sustainable salary structure consistent with the culture and values of the company generating salary and benefits competitive with the market and internal equity.

Compensation

  • Compliance salary plan and structure salary processes
  • \n
  • Lead the compensation strategy for front line and Non Front Line
  • \n
  • Develop proposals for hiring, promotions or transfers of employees in the region.
  • \n
  • Lead the development and implementation of variable compensation schemes
  • \n
  • Evaluation of organizational structures and job description, minimizing risks and costs for the business and ensure business sustained growth
  • \n
  • Develop Annual Salary Planner Tool for the APU region (3 countries)
  • \n
  • Coordinate with the expat center the process of employees expatriates.
  • \n
  • Lead the annual focal process for NFL employees and the annual performance bonus
  • \n
  • Responsible for the review of internal and external competitiveness of salaries and benefits
  • \n
  • Lead the annual process for Front Line employees salary increases
  • \n

  • Lead the implementation of the Recognition strategy

  • Lead insurances plans for employees in the region
  • \n
  • Lead insurance broker management in order to assure medical strategies implementation and effective plan negotiation
  • \n
  • Establish programs, processes and projects that contribute to work balance, such as Recognition program, additional benefits, flex benefits and policies and procedures.

  • Lead pipeline total rewards communication
  • \n

Budget & Analytics
    \n
  • \n Lead people cost AOP & FCST process assuring contemplate HRBPs & Managers feedback. Pipeline review with finance team. \n
  • \n
  • Lead continuous HR productivity planning and measurement in different system and communication.
  • \n
  • Lead monthly APU Balance Score Card report, CASA reports and APU Headcount consolidation
  • \n
  • Assure correct HR capex planning and execution
  • \n
  • Lead HR Opex AOP & FCST process assuring contemplates HRBPs & Mangers feedback.
  • \n
  • Assure correct use cecos & accounts in order to have the right vision of the cost and budget
  • \n

Others
    \n
  • Recommend and lead the implementation of Policies and Procedures of Human Resources
  • \n
  • \n Lead and Participate in projects, initiatives taking decisions related to the human factor and business decisions.
  • \n
  • Participate in CASA projects in order to standardize practices & policies in the region.
  • \n
\nQualifications/Requirements \n
    \n
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration MBA desirable
  • \n
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits minimum of 6 years with multi-country responsibility
  • \n
  • Analysis of numerical data, statistics and trends
  • \n
  • People Management Experience
