**Position Summary:**

The Transfer Pricing Center of Excellence (CoE) is a newly established team with the key goal of supporting centrally, Pfizer's Global Tax and Business strategy. As part of our core processes the Intercompany Legal Agreement process has been standardized within the CoE.

This position is required to facilitate the Intercompany Legal Agreement Process. The objective of this process is to apply a standard method for the drafting, executing, filing, updating and terminating of intercompany legal agreements, using the automation of the Contract Lifecycle Management ("CLM") system to maximize efficiency and transparency.

The successful candidate will develop a deeper understanding of how Pfizer operates globally and it's legal and logistical structures. In addition the successful candidate will lead/ support all related Business Transformation initiatives from a legal agreement perspective. The OTP ICO legal agreement analyst will co-ordinate with all responsible stakeholders to ensure all ICO legal agreements are up to date and maintained within the centralized database.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Evaluation and entry of agreement metadata and contracts into CLM.

+ Participation in the data management program which has a goal of ensuring decision-level data in CLM. This involves reviewing quality reports, data analysis as well as working with the CLM user to resolve issues as needed.

+ Reading and interpreting contracts that are sent to the CLM and performing the quality check of the data entered by the user into CLM prior to attaching the documents into the system.

+ Ensuring the relevant approvals are in place prior to performing the related actions.

+ Client contact for communication of potential issues and determining a resolution for issues related to the agreement metadata entered or to the process used to enter the data into the CLM.

+ Master data management of parties, products and intellectual property.

+ Follow up with stakeholders periodically to ensure the agreements maintained in the system are relevant and up to date.

+ Maintain metrics for management on the volume and types of updates being performed in the system and use the results to identify potential improvement/efficiencies.

+ Lead/ Support all Business Transformation projects from a Legal Agreement perspective.

+ Support wider team deliverables as required.

**Key Position Attributes:**

+ Primary degree in Business or Legal an advantage.

+ Familiarity with various legal contract types needed, preferably in Pharmaceutical industry.

+ Ability to make decisions that will improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

+ Experience with using web based systems that involve data entry, searching and reporting.

+ Experience using CLM a distinct advantage.

+ Experience working with legal contracts and an understanding of the legal language and templates used.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

+ Proficiency or experience with SQL or VBasic preferred.

+ Project co-ordination/ Leadership

+ Strong communication and written skills.

+ Highly organised, disciplined, enthusiastic and self-driven.

+ Ability to work as part of a team.

+ Ability to work independently on specific assignments as required.

+ Willingness to travel as part of role if required.
