Monitor stock movement at Distributor level.

Data Stock Report from Distributor

Conduct market research: competitor, price stability, distribution flow, stock availability.

Time line Report, Accuracy data, Report Summary

Form Survey data

Prepare monthly product forecast for distributor whom he/she is charge of.

- on time submission

- accuracy Forecast report to Business Manager

Prepare SWOT analysis for each distributor.

Bisnis Plan Form

Conduct meeting with : Sales Team , main distributor, Retail manager, on market information / activities, etc.

Execute planned marketing programs.

**Job Specification**


+ Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or any related field.


+ External : 5 years in managerial functions in pharmaceutical companies or pharmacy distributor.

+ Internal : Refer to career path requirements.

Technical Competencies

+ Good analytical skill and can assess opportunities and competitor behaviour.

+ Skill-full in planning tactics and approach, negotiating and closing the deal, networking with customer's organization and maintaining the relationship..

+ Understanding of financial principles and how to manage budgets.

+ Skilled in Excel / Power Point and other appropriate software.
