Job Description

Role:

Execute Nutrition Channel Merchandising strategies to deliver on the AOP objective within the agreed trade investments for the year.
Build expertise in category management / process with a focus of implementing channel specific plans to maximize sales volume, distribution, merchandising and promotions effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

1. Execute Nationwide Merchandising Plans by Channel
Work closely with Channel Manager, KAM, and cross-functional team, to deliver Channel Growth profitably, and grow market-share
Support to build Annual Operating Plan ensure flawless execution in MT/TT channel
Integrate trade merchandising calendar for MT & TT linking ATL and BTL based on AOP by making the calendar and updating monthly basis.
Monitor distribution status together with MT & TT Manager regarding in-store execution for better visibility and availability after reviewing market research data(Neilson) and market visit
Monitor trade promotion budget is spent within the approved budget
2. Consolidate Data and Provide Sales & promotion Analytics for the MU Team
Collect and integrate overall Sales data and analyze it by channel & brand on a monthly basis and share it with Marketing and GM
Review the integrated sales total budget prepared by admin and report to head of sales
Receive post promotion evaluation report from agency on a monthly basis and reflect it to future improvement plan
Consolidate sales and market related numeric information: Sales importance and distribution by channel and develop remediation plan to improve those sales index (vol, distribution)
3. Provide global best practice and PepsiCo merchandising guideline to distributors

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor/Master degrees in any related field
3yrs+ experience in Customer (Trade Marketing) / Consumer Marketing
Experience / exposure to trade marketing
Strong collaboration skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute actions
Strong analytical skills, turning insight into executions
Strong interpersonal skills, good relationships builder and team player
Good planning and managing performance of self, with a bias for action
Work well under pressure
Good command in both Bahasa Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
