Job Details

This position is to lead and motivate Trade Marketing to ensure the highest levels of professional management and development of existing business to achieve company strategic goals and financial objectives and contribute to the development of strategy and the operational management of PCH Korea.


+ Company Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a company strategy in line with overall PCH Korea strategic goals and financial priorities.

+ Trade Marketing Management:

+ Support trade marketing to develop/execute trade marketing strategies (Channel business plan)

+ Develop and execute customer marketing/sales promotion and promotional materials, and communicate those with marketing & sales effectively

+ Develop and execute merchandising/POSM and consumer gift for both general merchandising display and promotional activities

+ Build-up strong relationship with the customers

+ Manage the stock(in warehouse and retailers) & return, and gather the business related data and competitors' intelligence to share the implications

+ Financial Management:

+ Deliver agreed PCH Korea operational plan to ensure company income meets targets.

+ Control and recommend a trade allowance and key account merchandising & promotion budget

+ Line Management: Lead and motivate and develop TM department, and cross other teams to deliver through performance management meet our business objectives.

+ Pfizer Relationships:

+ Develop and leverage productive internal relationship within Pfizer to exchange knowledge and contribute to local and global initiatives for business.

+ Liaise sales team with marketing and across the organization to get any support to develop consumer healthcare business

+ External Relationships: Manage a range of relationships with key contacts and agencies to represent the business on committees involving industry, trade, academics and Government to ensure that Pfizer interests, the awareness and reputation of the company is enhanced and commercial opportunities are realized.


+ University graduate or higher level of education

+ Advanced degree in business and marketing

+ Corporate and department P&L management

+ Preferably at least 10 years of experience at sales/marketing/trade marketing in FMCG industry in global companies

+ Knowledge of Marketing, Business Principles and pharmaceutical business environment

+ Fluency in spoken and written English
