**Trainee Commercial Effectiveness and Analysis Austria/Switzerland (m/f)**

limited contract (2 years)

**This is what you can look forward to:**

As a Trainee you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating, culturally rich, fun and international environment where you will be taking on challenging assignments early in your career before potentially moving into a business role. Our goal is to create well rounded future leaders of our company and therefore Trainees will be involved in different areas of Commercial Effectiveness and Analysis to gain insight into different aspects of business.

Within the period of 2 years you will be involved in different tasks and projects within Commercial Effectiveness subject areas such as Salesforce Systems, Data Management, Incentive and Compensation, Analytics and Reporting. You will be supporting the Austrian and Swiss commercial business organization. During this time you will have the opportunity to learn about Pfizer and its departments, develop your skills, showcase the value you can bring to our organization and build connections and a network in the business. After these 2 years, you are expected to move to a permanent function in the Business or within Commercial Operations.

**What you offer:**

Bachelor's or Master's level in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent degree, Master's degree preferred, MBA would be an asset

New graduate or max 1-2 years working experience

Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy) & numeric skills (Excel SQL and Access)

Excellent knowledge with MS Office Set, in particular advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of statistical programs is an asset

Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze information, ability to synthesize problems and develop innovative solutions and strategies.

Passion for problem-solving; curiosity for challenging problems

Self-motivated, high level of independent and service oriented working attitude

Good communication and inter-personal skills

Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks while reaching alignment with internal business stakeholders on deliverables

Good team player

Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of French is an asset

We offer a supportive and diverse culture and unparalleled career development opportunities. The monthly salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 2000 gross.
