Description

This role combines two key areas.  First, as client trainer supporting Performance Management directly in the ongoing need for live, as needed/on demand training of client users whether new or repeat.  This role would also monitor utilization of clients to identify additional needs for attention and development of client users.  Both elements would play an integral role in driving clients towards adoption of the software.  The second key area of this role would be to apply their dealership experience, product knowledge, and training techniques to assist in the build and deliver outcome-based training programs for both clients and new hire Performance Management team members. 

  • Master xTime software, keep abreast of enhancements.
  • Drive improvement in product-knowledge and adoption across client base.
  • Design and deliver external client software training either onsite or via webinar
  • Monitor utilization of clients to identify risks and take actions to rectify/improve.
  • To work directly with PM team members and clients directly in supporting user training needs.
  • Assist in, create and update training collateral.
  • Determine solutions to meet operational learning needs.
  • To deliver and validate on operational product knowledge with internal team members – new/existing.
  • Validate new-hire progress; hold them accountable for their learning.
  • To coordinate and manage defined projects as required in support of Performance Management goals.  


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM Software or similar CRM preferred.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred unless extensive experience in dealership, fixed ops
  • Dealership experience, fixed operations a plus.
  • Excellent implementation skills with a strong bias toward “outcome-based” learning.
  • Training experience, automotive advantage.
  • Educational or Instructional Design coursework.
