We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to fill the position of Training Coordinator & Technical Project Liaison based in our Brno, Czech Republic office. **Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate and track training for our world-class team of System, Storage, and Cloud Support Engineers

• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects related to organizational initiatives

• Manage internal tools from a business perspective; work with teams within our organization to understand tool usage, design tool interfaces, define requirements, draft business cases

• Work closely with internal organizations to understand processes and procedures, how they impact the organization, and ensure compliance with processes

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations

• Act as the representative to external teams and entities, including educational institutions and community outreach organizations

• Travel, as required, to Bratislava, SK to meet and collaborate with system engineering teams.

• Fluent use of English written and spoken

• Clear and concise communication

• Flexibility to work nights/weekends as required



**Education and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Operations Research, Technology Management, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Project Planning and Coordination

• High competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required

• Experience with computer operating systems and/or networking desired

• Upper Intermediate English skills (written and verbal) – B2 level

• Creative with good organization skills and attention to detail

• A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving and teamwork

• Experience in a multi-national, multi-cultural, global environment

• Experience within the telecommunications and/or networking industry is an advantage

• Drivers license or access to transportation required.
