+ Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments

+ Develops and delivers Contact Center training on corporate policies and compliance issues (for example, leadership skills, diversity training)

+ Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Ensures consistency in Contact Center training solutions and associate development

+ Ensures consistent Contact Center quality service levels and customer satisfaction

+ Evaluates Contact Center training programs

+ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

+ Supports company diversity initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 2 years experience assessing training programs and customer service levels in a production, sales, or customer service environment.

+ 2 years experience in curriculum design and development.

+ 2 years of supervisory experience.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business, Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field OR 4 years experience in retail management, business, education, counseling, business administration, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ 2 years experience developing or delivering adult education and assessing training or knowledge retention.

+ 3 years Walmart or contact center experience.
