SAR/NEAR Cluster StratCO Commercial Operations (CO) Brand and Skills Training Delivery Lead

Accountable for the successful delivery at a local level to the business of a highly efficient and valued customer facing CO training service in line with Global and Regional strategy. Contribute to regional training strategy. Develop and execute local training strategy aligned to AfME Regional and global strategy. Lead in market/cluster training team and localization of global materials driven by business need.

Accountable for ensuring local business requirements are met through a highly efficient and valued customer facing local training service through the execution of local Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Member of the Regional Training Leadership Team.

**Core Responsibilities:**

Establish and lead the CO training Delivery team in country or clusters of countries with appropriate skills, development and capability to deliver the CO training charter and vision

Contribute to development of AfME regional training strategy and business needs prioritization

Input into development of regional brand and skills/tools curriculum and materials

Partner with local business leaders to establish an annual partnership agreement (SLA) with clearly agreed priorities and expectations. Have clear understanding of local business needs and priorities and ability to execute to plan and within budget.

Work with business partners to aggressively prioritize needs and manage demand; partner effectively with other Training Leads and Brand and Skills Curriculum Development and Systems Lead providing regional insights and needs to COE.

Understand localization requirements and execute to meet local regulatory/business needs. Lead localization of materials as driven by business need.

Assist Training Manager in Brand and Skills delivery as may be needed in a country

Partner with Brand and Skills Curriculum Development and Systems Lead in local implementation on learning innovations, systems and pilot programs

Manage training budget, people resources and legacy local/regional systems

Measure and demonstrate success of training interventions - demonstrate value. Metrics dashboard and collection of data

Member of AfME CO Regional Training Leadership Team

Drive operational excellence culture

Compliance and COE alignment with local legal practice

Develops and oversees local market Standard Operating Procedures

**Key Interactions:** Regional CO Training Lead; CO Training COE; Market CO SPOC; Brand and Skills Curriculum Development and Systems Lead / Project Managers; Market Leadership Team; Medical; BU Leads, SMs; Medical reps; functional leads e.g. BT; Procurement; HR; Finance; Commercial; Compliance; Legal, BU Leads, Brand Teams, L&D organization and other CO teams


Market CO Training budget; supervision of trainers in the market/cluster

**Education:** Bachelor's degrees required.

**Qualifications / Experience:**

Masters degree in business management or related disciplines is an asset

Experience managing projects in a virtual environment

Experience in driving change across organization at local level

Local understanding of the business

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to align and facilitate alignment across regional and functional groups to achieve results

8+ years of Training experience in the service areas of content development and delivery. Needs to be in a Training Manager role for the last 3 years

3+ years of Management / team leadership experience

Experience in evaluating training programs and materials to ensure end-user needs are met

Familiarity with Pfizer IT systems and resources

Track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities

Cross-functional working experience and collaboration
