Job Details
Implement annual training plan according to training system
Work with sales force closely to identify and meet the training & development needs by design training programs/ workshops etc.
Deliver training programs and workshops in region
Improve the feedback of training delivering to achieve high satisfaction
Prepare all training materials and supporting documents.
Support to Identify the high potential people and development needs in regional each channel
Provide finance advice with business development project or investment initiatives to support the business decision making.
Conduct field coach with sales force
Follow-up workshops to ensure training programs' effectiveness
Lead training projects Temperately task such as POA and other team projects.
