Description:
ADP is hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific fixed-length projects and holds matrixed resources accountable for specified deliverables. This role will be dedicated to project management of initiatives across the Global Product Technology (GPT) organization to ensure alignment to the GPT Charter. Projects will place great emphasis on cross-boundary collaboration, talent development, and the launch of the GPT Academy. The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the GPT Advisory Board, the Steering Committee for the GPT Academy and the Core Team to drive the launch of the Academy and project plan the steps to launch. The Project Manager will also work with our external and internal learning partners to insure that milestones are met to support the Academy's launch. Routinely, the Project Manager will report on status, risk, and results, ensuring that learning interventions support and positively drive desired outcomes. A high level of project management expertise, professional maturity, communication skills, relationship skills, and problem solving skills are required to demonstrate consistent excellent judgment, and manage the risks and issues associated with responsibilities at both a broad business level and a detailed project level. RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Liaise with the Steering Committee, the Core Team and subsets of the broader GPT organization, along with the FAB to understand priorities, connect learning initiatives to GPT strategic initiatives, and manage project to success.
* Partner with internal and external learning partners and consultants to ensure connection, contribution to, and successful outcomes of learning initiatives and programs for the GPT organization.
* Escalate issues to Steering Committee, when needed
* Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
* Run project meetings, report on status, and ensure that stakeholder/SME reviews are held with the client user community and that appropriate sign-offs are obtained.
* Review project deliverables to ensure alignment with the learning needs as identified by the GPT organization.
* Evaluates and recommends new project management tools and applications, as appropriate.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Launch and maintenance of GPT Academy ADP Works site including interface with the Technology organization
* Keeping the learning curriculum updated
* Incorporate feedback mechanism and make changes based on the feedback Plan the project
* Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
* Determine the resources (people, budget, activities, etc.) required to complete the project
* Develop a schedule that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
* Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
* Determine the objectives and goals upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion Implement the project
* Execute the project according to the project plan
* Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
* Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project Evaluate the project
* Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
* Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase #LICORP
