**ROLE SUMMARY**



Maintains and provides accurate training documentation for all cGMP, safety and developmental training. Interprets implements and coordinates corporate cGMP training compliance directives/policies to assure McPherson Pfizer Inc remains consistent with global training compliance commitments. Coordinates compliance documentation with plant documentation quality coordinator and provides timely training records to all training documentation audit inquires. Maintains accurate training records in the electronic training tracking system and training personnel folders for quick retrieval and analysis. Participates in investigations and provides monthly KPI and custom training reports to all departments. Provides assistance to all departments to continuously improve training effectiveness. Produces videos to enhance training. Support the Quality function by providing customer service and communication that maintains positive employee relations and a climate that supports change. Provides overall plant guidance and support of training documentation in keeping Pfizer Inc McPherson compliant and improves the effectiveness of training. **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Anticipates/ identifies compliance deficiencies and immediately reacts to resolve issues or recommends corrective action.



+ Interfaces with all departments at all levels providing training support as needed.



+ Trains and assists Group Leaders, Technicians, Supervisors and Managers in writing Training Course Plans.



+ Formulates and links Training Curriculum to assure employees meet training requirements.



+ Produces custom training reports for audits and updates training modules in keeping plant cGMP and Safety compliant.



+ Delivers Certification Training, New Employee Orientation, Harassment, Code of Conduct, Production Orientation,



+ Software Training and facilitates developmental training



+ Prepares New Employee Orientation Packets and coordinates placement of new employees.



+ Composes scripts, shoots and edits videos in producing finished training films that transform training objectives into an effective engaging video.



+ Sets up media, troubleshoots/resolves problems independently or with the aid of IS Technician.



+ Assists PLS Administrator and performs any other duties assigned.



+ Conducts training and provides feedback on training for business units within the site.







**QUALIFICATIONS**



Competent knowledge and understanding of fundamental principles of one or more professional, technical, or specialized body of knowledge (accounting, finance, data processing, and/or business administration). (Bachelor's degree)







**PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**



Decisions require complex analytical judgment. Plan and perform a wide variety of duties requiring general knowledge of company policies and procedures applicable within area of responsibilities, and including their application to cases not previously covered. Requires considerable judgment to work independently toward general results, devise methods, modify or adapt standard procedures to meet different conditions, make decisions based on precedent and company policies.







Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention.







Normal office environment



Lab/production environment with some disagreeable elements such as noise, dust, fumes, heat, and safety hazards, etc.



Requires frequent lifting or other stressful physical activities.



Subject to frequent interruptions of normal routine.
