Job Details

The Transactional Process Team leader is accountable for the overall performance, management of the Transaction Process team. The team leader will report to the Regional Operations Centre Lead wihtin the Regional Solutions Team, StratCo CO Europe. The team leader will be responsible for 4+ colleagues. The team leader is responsible for the overall demand, forecast and service delivery of the Transaction Process team. The responsibilities of this role includes:







+ Provide performance and financial management of the Transaction Process team within the Regional Operations Centre



+ Ensure all colleagues and contractors are Pfizer compliant



+ Lead and drive continuous improvement and process optimization of service delivery across transactional team



+ Monitor the demand, forecast and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)



+ Serve as the escalation point for markets on a daily basis



+ Provide leadership and development to ensure expectation and high standard of service delivery is met alongside building a highly engaged and motivated team.



+ Develop core KPIs, quality frameworks and monitor / track service delivery across Transaction Process Team and inputs into overall Regional Operations Centre goals



+ Engage with stakeholders across StratCO to ensure high quality service delivery







Identify risks and monitors effectively controls to manage risks within the team







**Education:** Educated to degree level or equivalent



**Qualifications / Experience:**







+ Minimum 6 years + experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.



+ Experience with virtual line management



+ Background in pharmaceutical market preferable though not essential



+ Management and team leadership capability and experience - managing people, conflict and change management



+ Evidence of problem solving and decision making to positively impact business results



+ Evidence of successful cross functional & cross cultural working and ability to collaborate



+ Strong background in process, service delivery and continuous improvement delivery



+ Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex service delivery



+ Self motivator and independent



+ High IT literacy (technology savvy) & numeric skills



+ Strong knowledge of CRM and commercial tools such as Salesforce.com, Cegedim-MI, Business Object, etc.



+ Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments



+ Strong customer service focus - ability to manage conflict, problem solving and strategic planning skills
