What You'll Do

You'll help us transformation Cisco's global supply chain processes by managing and driving small and large projects to enhance our ERP. This is a true project management position where you are responsible for all aspects of the project. This includes communication, stakeholder management and alignment, timeline, and even finance for larger projects.


The Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager is a highly visible and critical position. The successful candidate will lead one or more large cross-functional initiatives that span across supply chain and other corporate functions such as Tax, Customs, Finance, Order Management, and others.

As a Supply Chain Transformation PM you will:

- Own and Drive Initiative Scope, Schedule, Resource needs, and Budget.

- Provide direction to a team of release managers, test managers, and project specialists.

- Ensure initiative scope is aligned to the Gate Review process.

- Provide input and drive continuous improvement to the program operating model, engagement model, governance and decision framework.

- Manage contingent workers; SOW development, vendor negotiation and periodic deliverable reviews for your initiative.

- Support key leadership update meetings, including the program operating committee and steering committee.


Who You'll Work With

The Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) team is chartered to architect and build the supply chain of the future. The SCT team enables its charter by utilizing core competencies; setting the supply chain strategy, designing the target business architecture, and delivering through flawless program execution.


Supply Chain Transformation's Program Management team is responsible for owning and driving the execution of large cross-functional initiatives. The SCT Program Managers use their unique blend of hands-on supply chain experience and their working knowledge of business operations and IT systems, to successfully deliver results.


Who You Are

If you have project management experience leading successful cross-functional projects and would like to apply your skills to large ERP projects in supply chain, then this is for you. Using your energetic personality, excellent organizational skills, and your past experience with driving past successful projects, you will be able to lead, communicate, and ensure your projects meet the business outcomes needed to change the customer experience.


Minimum Qualifications:

- Prior experience implementing or working with a Business Architecture teams

- Proven track record driving successful, large cross functional Supply Chain related initiatives.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills both at a working and executive level.

- Proficient at working in cross-fuctional teams and driving scope alignment across those teams.

- Ability to clearly articulate business problems that need to be solved.

- Understanding Oracle ERP and its role in Supply Chain business processes.

- Ability to connect business requirements to solutions, acting as a translation layer from Business to IT and from IT to Business

- Bachelor’s Degree required

- 10 years Supply Chain or related Operations experience

- 5 years Program Management Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives
