Description:
TITLE:             Treasury Director, Debt & Capital Markets (The Prudential Insurance Company of America –Newark, NJ)
 
DUTIES:          Lead debt and capital markets team on a broad range of initiatives, including developing the Enterprise funding plan on a quarterly basis, debt issuance and debt reporting. Manage debt covenant attestation process. Oversee the execution of Prudential's share repurchase program. Monitor capital markets to optimize timing of Prudential's Treasury's market activity. Evaluate potential new debt,equity, and contingent capital structures. Evaluate regulatory requirements for liquidity and borrowing activities and partner with businesses and functional areas to enhance existing framework based on those requirements. Enhance forecast and reporting systems and processes. Evaluate non-conventional capital market transactions such as collateral solutions, structured share repurchase, and complex liability management options. Analyze breakeven analysis on early refinancing.

REQTS:        Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a CFO Associate; Equities Analyst;Analyst; or a related position.Must have seven (7) years of experience with: economic and accounting principles and practices; capital and financial markets; banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data; business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and forecasting; identifying strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and approaches to financial and collateral problems; financial modeling; and Bloomberg. The employer will accept pre- or post-Master's degree experience.
