ADP RPO is hiring a Turnover Consultant. This position is responsible for developing innovative and comprehensive strategies in employee retention and supporting the execution of these strategies across the RPO client base.

Act as a subject matter expert, assess clients' retention and employee turnover trends, consult clients on best practices and develop solutions to mitigate employee turnover. The responsibilities may include extensive data analysis, strategy design, and process improvement activities and coaching.

  • Consult our clients on employee turnover challenges -- assess and measure turnover, provide benchmarks, evaluate associate retention and engagement process. Provide clients with recommendations and strategies to improve employee retention.
  • Identify opportunities to bridge the gap between recruitment efforts and long-term employee retention
  • Develop deep industry-leading Turnover Consulting practice -- creating strategy and driving execution of strategy both directly and through client account teams based on collective client needs, including tools, resources, process and techniques.
  • Drive client satisfaction and client retention through insightful expertise and talent consulting
  • Represent ADP RPO on select sales engagements with prospects and clients to articulate the value proposition of ADP RPO's turnover consulting and data insights; work with Sales and Solution Design managers on presentations
  • Identify industry partners and manage partner relationships supporting ADP RPO's Turnover Consulting capabilities
  • Create and publish thought leadership content on the subject of employee turnover, host webinars, client panels and discussions
  • Analyze and report on effectiveness of client campaigns in their retention improvement efforts


  • Education: Relevant Bachelor's Degree required or the equivalent in experience and education. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in consulting, HR management or related role preferably in a high-performance innovative environment that has demonstrated continuous improvement with significant measurable results.
  • Demonstrated experience researching, evaluating and building client-facing industry best-practices.

Generic Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. Proven ability to assess performance, mentor, and coach. Must be able to work under pressure of time constraints and be able to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment. Effective time management and conflict resolution skills required. Ability to motivate and lead others; highly collaborative planning ability; superior business acumen, communication, and business judgment.
