What You'll Do
As the U.S/Latam Benefits Delivery Program Manager within our Operations Employee Services team you will drive a world class benefits delivery experience through the design, delivery and execution of high quality benefits programs and services.  The role will require managing administration of active and acquired 401(k) plans, including internal/external U.S. retirement plan audits, administration management for Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Saving Account plans. The role will require managing U.S. administration of active and acquired 401(k) plans, including internal/external U.S. retirement plan audits, administration management for Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Saving Account plans. Partner with the LatAm Benefits Manager on operational oversight of broker vendor model, including all aspects of vendor management, quarterly business reviews, benefits administration, continuous process improvements and escalation management.  Evaluate broker vendor performance metrics for determining success of delivery and recommend changes as needed to drive desired outcomes.  You will also partner with our Total Rewards COE team, external partners and internal functions on the implementation and delivery of benefit offerings that will differentiate the Cisco employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required                       
* 5 -7 years benefits experience with a focus on benefits administration, program management, vendor management and employee engagement.
* Strong knowledge and experience in managing employee benefits with an understanding of compliance requirements and mergers and acquisitions.
* Strong negotiation, influence and relationship building skills
* Courageous, risk taker, demonstrates good judgment
* Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
