    Sodexo's University Dining Division is seeking a Unit Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer at Florida State University. FSU is a large state university with approximately 40,000 students and 2 dining halls, has a large retail food operation and catering program. This individual will report to the Marketing Specialist and will support the dining operations team with a range of marketing activities.  The Unit Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic role responsible for the day to day execution of the marketing plan which includes the creation and implementation of all creative assets including print, digital, web and social media materials for retail food operations and the residential dining program.  This position requires a high level of proficiency in graphic design through the use of Adobe Creative Cloud. The Unit Marketing Coordinator will handle the website development and execution, event planning and execution, and handle all submissions for proofs and deadlines from interns and Ambassadors.
    The best qualified candidate will have the following: 1-2 years of graphic design experience, food service marketing experience and/or 1 to 3 years general marketing and promotions experience, strong computer skills, including proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud, a desire to work in a fast-paced atmosphere where team work is critical.
    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a marketing degree aligned with some field marketing experience, and a focus on graphic design and website content maintenance!

    Position Summary

    This position assists in implementing and deploying unit marketing growth and customer satisfaction and retention strategies. Assists with unit marketing plan development, implementation, communication and evaluation. Assist in projects and has an understanding of project management.
    Key Duties
    Student Engagement: Engaging student body with promotions and programs to increase customer satisfaction and retention
    Web/Social Media: Increase Website and Social Media presence through Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
    Must have high energy, flexible, team oriented but work independently, and be a multi-tasker. Attention to detail, great communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
    Interacts with internal team members, media and public relations
    Ensures customers and Sodexo/SodexoMAGIC goals are aligned
    Assist in all unit marketing initiatives to drive sales growth


    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
