**ROLE SUMMARY:**



IBRANCE launched in Feb 2015 and has already reached a profound number of patients and therefore secured a leadership position in the Breast Cancer space. IBRANCE currently is indicated for ER+/HER2- Advanced Breast Cancer (ABC). ABC is the second-leading cause of cancer deaths among US women, killing about 40,000 women each year. IBRANCE is a key product for Pfizer and an anchor brand for Pfizer oncology. There is a robust lifecycle plan, including ongoing clinical trials in a number of patient populations and disease states.







This Senior Marketing Manager position is a key opportunity for a talented, high energy marketing colleague to be the lead on a number of important & innovative commercial initiatives to drive the continued growth of IBRANCE. This role will play a critical role in the continued growth of IBRANCE as future competitors enter the market.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**



The US Marketing Senior Manager will lead the strategy development and execution around key HCP tactics (Field Force Strategy & Execution, Peer to Peer, and other key HCP tactics).







**Field Force Strategy & Execution**







+ Partner with HCP marketing and cross-functional colleagues in the development/dissemination of strategies and resources to field-based colleagues; serve as POA captain, leading all efforts around critical sales meeting for the brand



+ Lead BC Field Force Communications tracking brand performance, market events, and incentive compensation contests



+ Lead the evolution of our innovative training platform, IBRANCE IQ







**Peer to Peer**







+ Lead strategy and execution of peer to peer programs, including but not limited to: speaker deck content development, leadership of speaker communication and engagement strategy, and leading other innovative educational tactics







**HCP Tactics**







+ Partner with sales leadership and other brand internal stakeholders to optimize core HCP tactics to maximize uptake in light of new competitive entrants (could include updated segmentation, message/resource development, etc.)



+ Roles and responsibilities may shift depending on the background, experience, and interests of the candidate







**QUALIFICATIONS:**







+ US marketing experience, HCP marketing preferred.



+ Minimum of 5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.



+ Ability to quickly identify insights and develop effective strategies & tactics based on these insights.



+ Strong business acumen and analytical skills in order to help set team priorities and strategies.



+ Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders.



+ Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries, even without direct reporting relationships.



+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both in 1:1 environments and larger group settings to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership.



+ Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high energy environment.



+ Oncology experience desirable but not required.



+ BA/BS - degree required.
