**ROLE SUMMARY**



XTANDI transitioned into the Pfizer organization as part of the Medivation acquisition in the fall of 2016. It is a product that has had a profound impact in the market place, helping many prostate cancer patients. XTANDI is a key product for Pfizer and considered the "anchor" brand for Pfizer in the prostate cancer space. There is a robust marketing, medical and lifecycle plan which includes ongoing clinical trials in a number of patient populations and disease states.



This Marketing Director, Accounts Lead position is a key opportunity for a talented, high energy marketing colleague to be the lead on a number of important & innovative commercial initiatives to drive the continued growth of XTANDI. This role will play a critical role in the continued growth of XTANDI as future competitors enter the market.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



The Director, Account Lead will identify, develop, and lead execution of key XTANDI strategies and tactics to maximize brand leadership



Develop and prioritize key strategies and tactics to create clear and compelling brand differentiation and to bolster XTANDI value proposition to account customers - key accounts, GPOs, payers, specialty pharmacies, etc.



Evolve EHR/HIT strategy and partner with cross-functional team and other business units to identify and execute key tactics that will drive uptake and patient identification



Serve as Real World Data lead; work with cross-functional partners to prioritize opportunities aligned with core brand strategies



Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless access to XTANDI; monitor financial barriers, optimize resources and tools, and evaluate payer and GPO contracting efforts to preserve first-mover advantage in advance of competitive entrants



Prepare monthly briefing packages for senior leadership to provide updates on performance, key performance indicators, brand priorities, and key opportunities and threats







**QUALIFICATIONS**



US marketing experience, HCP marketing preferred.



Minimum of 5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.



Oncology experience preferred but not necessarily required.



Ability to quickly identify insights and develop effective strategies & tactics based on these insights.



Strong business acumen and analytical skills in order to help set team priorities and strategies.



Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders.



Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries, even without direct reporting relationships.



Strong written and verbal communication skills in both in 1:1 environments and larger group settings to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership.



Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high energy environment.



BA/BS - degree required
