Job Title: User Experience Designer V Location: New York, NY Job Duties: ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks User Experience Designer V at our New York, NY location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and continuously refine the user experience (UX) strategy for Lifion by ADP. Build a revolutionary new suite of products to manage clients' human capital needs across the globe. Collaborate with a team of engineers, product managers, and designers to define and continuously refine the UX strategies that directly impact our customers and their organizations. Work with product team members on requirements and design to help drive user testing efforts. Act as an internal consultant to provide business and technical guidance, while defining best practices and creating style guides to ensure high quality of service. Create sophisticated, elegant designs within ADP's Agile environment. Drive user testing efforts. Coach a team of designers, oversee workloads of multiple projects, and ensure the project deadlines are met. Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Usability Engineering, Information Design or related field and six (6) years of experience required. Employer will accept a Master's degree plus four (4) years of experience. Work Experience: Experience must include: Prototyping on multiple platforms; Graphic design and web interactions; Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks); Omnigraffle, Visio, Axure, or equivalent prototyping tool; Wireframes and story boarding; Persona identification and creation; User task analysis and business requirements gathering; Creation of usability testing plans and reports; Mobile and responsive design standards; Browser standards; Accessibility requirements; SDLC processes such as Agile and Waterfall; Sizing based on design requirements including JIRA and Rally; and Designing complex, enterprise-scale/B2B software.
