  • Graduated from a design school


  • Manage a team of UX Designers planning the work they do and playing to their strengths and areas of growth.
  • Size work across releases and sprints to ensure the commitments made by our team match with the resources at hand – purposefully looking to avoid team burnout and a total loss of work/life balance.
  • Manage external resources (agencies) through project costing and delivery.
  • Define, evangelize, and operationalize UX process from documentation structure, version control, publishing, interaction specifications, and quality across all the teams in our organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the UX process over time and optimize the documentation and delivery of our artifacts to ensure the best cross-functional collaboration possible.
  • Partner with our User Research staff to ensure we are using user research to inform experience decision making in the most efficient manner possible
