Job Details

Job Responsibility:

1. Coordinate utility operations, calibration, PM, corrective work, and routine testing to ensure that all equipment is adequately maintained and functions efficiently (chillers, boilers, compressed dry air systems, cooling towers, HVAC units, WWTP, electrical distribution, purified water systems, firefighting systems and all utilities distribution systems)

2. Supervise the monitoring of manufacturing and packaging room conditions to ensure the parameters of temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure are maintained at all times.

3. Supervise the monitoring of purified water systems to ensure systems operate with expected parameters at all times.

4. Creates and/or revise all utilities SOP's as required by site procedure.

5. Review all utilities systems logbooks and recorded data on regular basis with an agreed upon frequency.

6. Prepare capital request for projects. Be able to conduct conceptually design and write technical and user requirements specifications.

7. Prepare detailed instructions for the fabrication and installation of Plant equipment and related machinery.

8. Demonstrate ability to routinely carry out high quality process and technology, as indicated by the successful completion of projects.

9. Follow all safety and work permits procedures

10. Evaluate and oversee construction plan.

11. Arrange schedule and execute qualification for HVAC system, walk-in coolers and warehouses.

12. Facilitate commissioning and qualification of new equipment/projects.

13. Ensure all utilities and waste management systems are operated in a manner which is in compliance with all laws and regulatory requirements.

14. Follow site regulatory procedures, incorporate other regulatory agency compliance requirements into all project scopes and designs.

15. Meet and communicate with team management and team members to assure proper dissemination of information throughout the department and site as necessary.

16. Builds and maintain credibility within the group by performing high quality work. Recognized by group members as a leader who solicits feedback and makes consensus based decisions.

Job Qualification:

+ Experience with operation of major utilities including chillers, boilers, water systems, compressed air systems, etc.

+ Experience with medium and low voltage power distribution

+ Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.

+ People management skills (3 Yrs)

+ Project Management ( 3Yrs)

+ Engineering construction supervision (3 Yrs)
