What You'll Do

-Role & Responsibilities:

You are a highly motivated, detail-oriented, energetic individual with excellent written and oral skills who will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced UX Team responsible for driving great experiences into our products. As a UI/UX Leader, you will:

Help drive our vision for a great user experience with a focus on improving key metrics that ultimately increase revenue and profit.

Work closely with partners and business owners to manage and facilitate design consistency Partner with engineering teams to create UX Patterns and style guide.

Perform detailed review of usability of Partner implementations and provide assistance to make sure that they comply with defined UI/UX patterns.

Who You Are

-Minimum Skills:

  • BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 5-8 years of hands-on UI/UX development experience

  • HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript experience

  • Knowledge of UX design tools (Fireworks, Illustrator, Wire framing tools)

  • Experience with performing heuristic evaluation and expert reviews

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to assist partners with implementing defined user experience

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with Partners on an ongoing basis to communicate Cisco UX standards

  • Experience with performing remote and in person usability research. Experience with developing UI/UX for B2B. Ability to multitask and prioritize, while effectively managing time

-Preferred Skills:

  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a small team

  • Desired knowledge in Single Page Application framework (AngularJS, Ember, ReactJS

  • Experience with current and future generation UI Toolkits such as Angular, JQuery, Bootstrap, Dojo, etc…

  • Comfortable with Agile methodologies
