We need your expertise to make an impact in a strategic and important initiative within the Global People Analytics team. Specifically, your assignment is to help the UX research team delivering wireframes, user flows, design assets and prototypes for developing dashboards with self-service BI functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of formative & summative usability research methods, and how they are applied in a fast-moving organization. Experience with field studies, participatory design, heuristic evaluations, and competitive testing is also preferred.

The right fit is someone who is a creative and strategic designer, passionate for data design, prototyping and front-end development in the data and analytics space, who will jump in and make an immediate impact.Additional Preferred Qualifications: A product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve customer needs.

Prototyping, product/interaction/visual design/prototype through pencil on paper sketching and using tools such as Sketch, Invision, and Zeplin.

Stellar visual skills (attention to detail, stay on brand, build new patterns).

Deep understanding of design principals and industry trends.

Ability to clearly present your work; you are articulate and can advocate design rationale.

Readily give and receive constructive feedback.

Experience partnering with cross functional teams in launching new products and improvements to existing features.
