**ROLE SUMMARY**



Responsible for oversight/performance of validations on processes, computer systems, cleaning methods, equipment, facilities, systems & utilities. Assist in cycle development (equipment, processes). Performs testing & documents results for review.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:







+ Assists with development of validation protocols. Generates validation protocols using templates.



+ Performs testing and writes validation reports for various equipment, facilities and systems and processes.



+ Issues data, memos and reports concerning above validation projects.



+ Evaluates equipment or process problems and designs testing to determine possible causes or solutions;



+ Responsible for equipment and process requalifications and periodic reviews;



+ Adheres to all company and GMP procedures, along with safety regulations within the plant.







**QUALIFICATIONS**



BS in a Science or Engineering related field.







Grade 002 - One to two years relevant experience







**PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**



While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; walk; sit and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
