What You'll Do

The Digital Transformation Office (DTG) Value Analyst (VA) is a role that encompasses the details below:

*	Provide value framework for  the “solution” before the sale; Assess Business Outcomes  after implementation
* Develop the “Value framework” for key Practice solutions to enable the engagement teams to deliver compelling business outcomes to the customer as validated in post-implementation evaluation.
* Input to advisors on customer success plan
* Quantify the value for key solutions (Business cases, ROI, investment thesis)
* Leverage industry / benchmarking data, Cisco proprietary data and other sources
* Quantify Cisco's opportunity (CAM) on an ongoing basis
* Engagement led asset creation such as financial components of customer business case
* Ensure customer success by orchestrating resources to assist the customer in realizing the full value of their technology investment
* Expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefit, risk
* Knowledgeable of KPIs/metrics driving Practice's customers
* Ability to apply benefits of practice solutions to customer goals/metrics/ROI
* Advocate for Knowledge Management (KM), champion KM processes, procedures and disciplines; identifies customer success and examples
* Create, compile and synthesize a practice Point of View
* Drive a programmatic approach (re-usable assets, scalable tools by Transformation Strategy)
* All VAs work more closely together to determine common value vs. industry-specific value
* Greater emphasis on holistic digital transformation strategy

Who You Are
  • Demonstrate consultative selling; execution of the Business Outcome Approach (BOA), and leverage tools and data to drive customer agreement and outcomes
  • Ability to lead customer value realization effort with engagement team and other internal/external partners
  • Industry Point of View, ideally in Retail, Manufacturing or Energy/ Utilities industries.
  • Focus on financial acumen / analytical capability - demonstrate and share experience and best practices on financial tools and models
  • Knowledge of KPI/metrics which drive the customers within the practice
  • Embrace and model DTG Organizational values - Authenticity, Conviction, Accountability, Adaptability, Curiosity and Connection
  • Continuous Improvement - ability to provide and receive feedback and drive change
  • Strong communication and listening skills, a thorough approach to complex problem solving, and managing to metrics and KPIs
  • 2-3 years technology consulting experience
  • BA/BS degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred
