The focus of the team you will lead will be to provide needs-centric financial advice, and new and innovative fee and commission-based solutions to customers via a RIA and Broker/Dealer chassis.

You are a dynamic individual with ability to attract and retain talent, define team structures, define strategy and execute to it. This is a senior executive role that includes large site management, careful business planning and resource scaling, building processes from scratch for various teams to interact, with deep engagement across Prudential including teams in marketing, product management, technology, finance, legal and compliance. You will be a strong communicator and, as a senior leader, interact and present often with all levels at Prudential including C level executives.

Responsibilities include:

-        Understanding and driving the core business strategy, including revenue and cost drivers, customer engagement metrics, budget management, talent management, and end-to-end sales, service and operations delivery.

-        Cultural ambassador for a fast paced, technology-enabled, customer-centric financial services work environment. Not the traditional broker dealer sales, service, and operations culture.

-        Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build out the sales, service and operations teams from inception.

-        Strategic communication, willingness to learn and intelligent risk taking.

-        Establishing goals and driving inbound and outbound needs-based planning and solutions/product sales.

-        Emphasizing excellence of inbound and outbound service teams with technology and financial expertise.

-        Build and lead an integrated operations team to facilitate a highly interactive customer experience.

-        Delivery, planning, metrics driven management.

-        Organizational design, development and hiring of key staff.




-        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Operations or equivalent; MBA preferred

-        Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services sales, service and/or call centers

-        Demonstrated strong communication and partnering skills with internal and external stakeholders.

-        Deep financial product knowledge and experience.

-        Series 7, 65 or 66 or equivalent strongly preferred

-        Excellent time management / organizational and negotiation skills.

-        Strong communication and presentation skills.

-        Proven coaching and development skills.

-        Strong leadership skills in building, motivating, and operating a large and diverse team.

-        Strong strategic skills with gets hands dirty mindset. Both a planner and a doer.
