Bring your passion and energy!  At Prudential, our Contact Center is the first point of interaction with our customers.  We are looking for an experienced leader capable of transforming an operations culture into a customer experience mindset to enable a simplified customer experience while creating a high-performance team.  This role will have responsibility for the client experience, talent development, strategic leadership and operational direction of Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance Contact Center and eService business unit. 


This leader will also have:

  • 10 years of functional and strategic leadership experience in a large customer service oriented operations organization with multi-site responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Ability to influence and drive strong, consistent results (service, quality, productivity, client satisfaction, etc.)
  • Innovative problem solving and strategic thinking skills, along with strong business and operational acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Skillful at articulating a vision, providing associates with a sense of purpose and driving a strong organizational climate
  • Capability of enabling a climate of cooperation, clarity and recognition. Formidable collaboration and talent development skills are critical to success
  • Creative ability and decisive decision making needed to anticipate, develop and execute solutions to complex business, financial and staffing challenges while balancing the need for a well-controlled operation
  • Intellectual curiosity to drive the expansion of digital capabilities and process enhancements that simplify the client experience
  • Proficiency with contact center tools, technology, capacity planning and forecasting
  • Extensive experience communicating in various circumstances (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% - 20% of the time
  • FINRA Operations Professional designation must be obtained within 180 days from start date
